We are not working with exposure. No overwhelming the system to make apparent progress. We only work with activation in the range that can actually be somatically integrated.

Doing therapy with a good therapist can work wonders, for sure. And to find a good therapist that understands the nervous system and how to work with it on this level might not be that easy.
